1.the infaltable mixer machine

This machine we adpot the PLC programed control with Touchscreen,with simply operation ,it can control the specific weight of the stuff very accurately. 

The processes Raw material→mixing drum→mixing→draw out mixture→storage drum→draw out mixture→mixing the mixture becoming creamy→Forming.

2.Extrusion machine.

This machine we make extrusion with the compasses shape spile,and the speed of the extrusion we adopt variable frequency control in order to make the mixture distribute on the extrusion roller evenly.The head of the extrusion machine is installed on the head of the bakery machine,you can adjust any thickness of the mixture as you like.

3. 24 Meters Gas-natural tunnel oven

This machine we adopt liquid gas flame tube,the up flam we adopt far infrared radiation board,which can permeate the center of the cake constructures ,the down flam we adopt the stainless steel orifice plate which can avoid naked flame burns steel belt directly.We can adopt different burning ways according to customers’demands,,there are three areas of the temperature control,and with any adjustment from 20°--300°according to different foods,distribute temperature reasonable which can make food with the bright coloured and lustrous.

4.Sugar dredging machine

This machine we adpot the PLC programed control ,speed of dredging the we adopt variable frequency,we dredge a little sugar on the surface in order to make the surface of cake more bright coloured and lustrous.

5. cooling conveying belt

This machine is made of stainless steel ,it can control conveying speed with any adjustment,and this stept prompts a acceleration of cooling of the food which just draw out from the bakery oven,and this step prepares next proess of cutting and rolling.

6. Cutting and perfusing milk forming main machine

We adopt the blade which the plating Teflon no adhesion coating ,with the evenly cutting,and first we making the  bar shape cutting during cutting there are no food adhere on the blade,and all the coatings are accordingwith food hygiene demands which guarantee the safety of the food.  

Overlap after cutting ,with turn over the mouldings make the two sides together(if you want the stuffed one,after cutting and then perfusing)and then make the size according to the customers’demands.

it is used in arrange the cake,Conveying the cake to the convey belt and in line ,which it is very convenient for packing.

7.The process of the whole production line

First of all,put the raw materials such as egg,sugar,put into the mixing drum and then stirring evenly,and then put into the flour and other addition agents ,stirring once more. Finally put the grease and then stirring once more and become more evenly.

Sencondly convey the materials above we mentioned from the mixing drum to the storage drum,you can adjust the convey peed according to the practical requirement ,conveying to the high-speed stirring tool,inside of the stirring tool ,we can input the air according to specific gravity of cake,draw out the mixture from the high-speed stirring tool to the chargingbasket of Machine head,erfusing, can according to thickness of cake,and you can etrude on the steel belt directly.before the extrusion there is a oiling machine ,you should oiling the oil on the steel belt and then put into the oven,after go out the oven ,and then throw the sugar dredging (this step just suitable for the cake which need something that like the flour foods,according to our customers )and then go to the next step that is cooling ,after cooling turn over to the PLbelt, on the PL belt and then cutting and perfusingrolling ,and according to the length of cutting,after cutting ,and then convey to arrangement and final into the packing
